Prayer: Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree dated 30.10.1998 made in A.S.No.116 of 1998 on the file of the Prinicpal District Judge, Erode, confirming the judgment and decree dated 30.04.1998 made in O.S.No.1269 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Erode.
On an earlier occasion 16.03.2017, when the matter was taken up for final hearing, Mr.S.L.Jebitha, learned counsel undertook to file vakalat on behalf of the appellants. But, till date, no vakalat has been filed by her and hence, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
