(a)for a direction directing the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.26,60,968/- as on August 2010 together with future interest @ 24% p.a, being the Occupation of the premises for commercial purpose from August 2010 to till date of realisation of the entire claim and
(b)for the cost of the suit.

Unitedly, the parties have settled the dispute amicably amongst themselves outside the Court. Both the learned counsel bring this fact to our notice. are needed to be passed in this appeal. The O.S.A. stands disposed of in terms of the amicable settlement arrived at by and between the parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
