The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue, who is aged 17 years, seeks production of her before this Court.
2.The respondent police produced the detenue before this Court. When We questioned her, she stated that because of some https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ difference of opinion with her father she has gone away from the house and now she is ready to go along with her father.

3.Thus, We find there is no illegal detention. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
