Prayer: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of petitioner's son namely Saravana guru, aged about 2 ½ years before this Court and handover the custody of the petitioner.
