PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents No.1 & 2 herein to produce the body of the detenu before this Hon'ble Court, namely Chitra Devi daughter of the petitioner herein aged about 32 years, who is illegally detained by the 3rd respondent against her wish and set her at liberty.

Pursuant to our earlier order, dated 13.07.2017 both the detenu and her husband are present along with children. The husband of the detenue curiously informed us that he would take the detenu back. Today, we have advised the detenu and she is willing to join with her husband and to take care of her minor https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ children. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention. We have also advised the petitioner.
