Plaint filed under Order VII Rule 1 of the C.P.C. with Order IV Rule 1 of the O.S.Rules of Civil Procedure, praying for judgment and decree as follows:

i) To pay a sum of Rs.26,12,500/- with interest at the rate of 18% on Rs.25,00,000/- to the plaintiff from 13.11.2010 till 13.02.2011 as compensation for the publication of the defamatory letter dated 13.11.2010 and

ii) To direct the defendant to pay interest at the rate of 18% on Rs.25,00,000/- from the date of plaint to the date of realisation.

iii) To grant a permanent injunction restraining the defendant from further defaming the plaintiff.
