Petition under section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act praying the High Court the order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority in R.C.A.No.40/2013 dated 08.10.2013 confirming the fair and executable order passed by the Principal Rent Control Tribunal in R.C.O.P.No.198/2008 dated 14.09.2012 and set aside the same. However it is also relevant to point out here that the reasons adduced in the affidavit have not been properly appreciated by the learned trial court. Hence aggrieved over the order passed the instant revision is preferred against the order passed in the aforesaid R.C.A. No.40/2013 dated 08.10.2013 for the following among other.
ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition having been posted for order on this day, for not having represented the batta with petition due regarding the sole respondent, and no representation for the petitioner. Hence this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as against the sole Respondent.
