Floor and Second Floor on the northern Side of the premises bearing No.W-109, New No.18, Third Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040, being the subject matter of the present Civil Revision Petition and handed over vacant possession of the aforesaid premises to the respondent herein.

The Revision Petitioner has paid the agreed rent and other dues upto 04.08.2017 to the respondent herein and received proper acknowledgments on 05.08.2017, true copy of which is filed along with this Memo.
