Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Suit has been disposed of and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
