between the petitioner, both are living separately. The petitioner had filed a petition in HMOP.No.100 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Kallakurichi for divorce. The respondent-husband filed counter on 03.6.2016 praying to dismiss the said petition. Subsequently, the said HMOP was posted on 05.11.2016. The petitioner filed proof affidavit and also marked certain documents. Thereafter, the case was posted to 24.11.2016 for cross-examination of the petitioner. Since the respondent has not chosen to cross-examine the petitioner on the dates fixed by the trial Court and also sought adjournments, the case stood adjourned to several dates, and now it is posted to 13.7.2017 for cross-examination of the petitioner. It is also stated that the petitioner is employed in Transport Department and now she has been transferred from Tindivanam to Tambaram-Chennai. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court in this Civil Revision Petition praying for a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of the petition in HMOP.No. 100 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Kallakurichi at the earliest.
