PRAYER: The Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 03.11.2017 in e.f.M1-6827-2017 and set aside the same and consequently allow the Criminal Revision petition.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 submitted that in this case, final order was passed by the first respondent on 01.12.2017 itself and this Criminal Revision Case becomes infructuous.
2.The copy of the final order was also produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before this Court for perusal.
3.Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
