PRAYER: Revision is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to pass an order of allowing the above Criminal Revision Petition and consequently, set aside the order as made in Crl.M.P.No.8581 of 2015, dated 04.08.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and consequently order the relief as sought for in the said application.
