This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the respondent herein viz. The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Pudukottai, Pudukottai District not to harass the petitioner herein on the pretext of enquiry by misusing their official power in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the Petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that regarding the surety offered by the Petitioner, he was called upon for an enquiry. He has also paid the fine amount. Therefore, no further enquiry is contemplated by the respondent and that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ there is no need for the respondent/police to call the Petitioner for any enquiry in future.
