This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct second respondent to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.1256/2016 on the file of the respondent Police and lay the charge-sheet before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that after enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ case was closed as mistake of fact on 1.1.2017. The respondents have also sent a copy of the closure report on 7.2.2017 to the
