3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that final report was already filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.21 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur.
4.In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
