2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent / complainant, fairly submitted that the matter has been already settled in so far as the petitioner is concerned. He also submitted that the respondent has no objection for quashing the complaint filed against the petitioner / accused.
3.Recording the said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the proceedings in C.C.No.5308 of 2015 on the file of the 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai is quashed in so far as the petitioner is concerned and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
