2.It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint lodged by his wife Jayakumari, a case in Crime No.10 of 2010 came to be registered against him, which culminated in C.C.No.303 of 2010 and the same was subsequently transferred to the file of the Mahila Court, Coimbatore and renumbered as CC No.7 of 2013. Thereafter, the trial has commenced, however, the same is yet to be completed. Hence, this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondent.

4.Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the case is pending from the year 2010, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Magistrate level, Coimbatore to complete the trial in CC No.7 of 2013 pending on his file and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
