This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the record in C.C.No.111/2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-2, Kanchipuram and quash the proceedings.

2.Since, there was no representation for the petitioners for quite some time and also based upon the report by the learned counsel for the respondent that the parties have taken the bundles and the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioners and their names are printed in the cause list. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
