This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11515 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are not regularly
complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to relax the condition already imposed by this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
