Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO.8483/2017 dated 25.07.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, Special Public Prosecutor for R1, the court made the following order:-

The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 31.07.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
