Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to cancel the Anticipatory Bail to the Respondent/Petitioner granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.6112 of 2017 dated 18.05.2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of ADDL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, Advocate for the petitioner and the Respondent Not Appeared in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:-
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners/respondents to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent/petitioner, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6112 of 2017, dated 18.05.2017, on the ground that after obtaining anticipatory bail, he did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
2.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that after filing the present petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail, the respondent is complying with the conditions regularly.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
