Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10124 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.
2.A report dated 14.09.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai reveals the fact that the petitioners have complied with the daily condition from 17.08.2017 to 14.09.2017.
3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is still pending.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
