Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:-
The learned counsel for the petitioners is present.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions as per the order dated 11.09.2017 and investigation is pending.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
