Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.V.VENKATASESHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.RAMESH, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Since the investigation is at crucial stage, the presence of the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ required by the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent/Police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
