Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. He further submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet also been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before the Magistrate concerned.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent/Police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
