Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.4799/2017 vide its order dated 24/04/2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition of this Court is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
