Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2656 of 2017 on 10/03/2017 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police as and when required and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.VELAVADHAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2656 of 2017 on 10.03.2017.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2.In view of the fact that this petition has been filed at the earlier stage, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition and hence, the petitioner is directed to obey the condition as per the earlier order of this Court, dated 10.03.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
