Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

1.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), submitted that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.75 of 2017 and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
