Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23215 of 2016 dated 16/12/2016
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BHARATHIY KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the above submission and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
