Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.XAVIER RAJINI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2.According to the learned government Advocate (criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
