Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner in both the Petitions and MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate(Criminal side) for the respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:-

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
