Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1108 of 2017 dated 02.02.2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
