Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.PALANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.273 of 2016.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11328 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19230 of 2016 dated 18.11.2016. He further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the lower Court for each and every hearing. This petition is ordered accordingly.
