Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1)(aaa),4(1)(i) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act.,in Crime No.354 of 2017, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, imposed by this Court.
