Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V. SORIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The Petitioner counsel for the petitioner is present.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, weekly from 23.10.2017 onwards.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
