Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).9939 of 2017 in Crl.O.P (MD).No.13677 of 2017, dated 09.11.2017.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for a period of two weeks. He would further state that the investigation is in preliminary stage.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considering the fact that the investigation itself is in initial stage, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed in in
