Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No. 14788 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 and consequently to permit him to appear before any other Honourable Court in Virudhunagar District instead of the respondent police station

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PR BOOMEE RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
