The Appellant / Complainant has filed the present Criminal Appeal before this Court to set aside the Judgment dated dated 23.08.2012 in S.T.C.No.3106 of 2010 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankari.

1. Pursuant to the order of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of GOPI AND ANOTHER V. STATE BY INSPECTOR OF POLICE, TIRUCHENGODE POLICE STATION, NAMAKKAL, reported in (2016) 3 MLJ (Crl) 641 (FB), this Criminal Appeal which was filed against the order of acquittal passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankari, is directed to be transferred to the file of District Judge, Salem and the District Judge, Salem, is directed to dispose of the same within a period of three months. Registry is directed to send all original papers to the District Court, Salem. Both the accused and the defacto complainant are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Salem on 25.10.2017 without fail.
