This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order of this court made in MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P(MD)No.20394 of 2015, dated 18.11.2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the order passed by this court has been complied with and a temporary approval was given to the petitioner in the month of March 2017 and to that effect, he has produced the proceedings of the 4^th respondent, dated 07.03.2017.
