This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2015 in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in Writ Petition (MD)No.23323 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that as per the order of this Court in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in Writ Petition (MD)No.23323 of 2015, dated 22.12.2015, the respondent has approved the appointment of the petitioner and also disbursed the salary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the respondent did not give any increment in the salary.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
