ORDER
Pursuant to the directions of this Court, Dr.B.Chandramohan,
I.A.S., Principal Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Revenue
Department, is present today in the Court.
appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders of this court passed in the writ petition has been complied with. Further, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the Tahsildar has issued the
patta today and that the petitioner can collect the patta from the Taluk office any time.

Advocate General , I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
