Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 573 days in representing the CRP.S.R.No. 1746 of 2016.

To set aside the fair and decretal order passed in C.M.A.No.14/2012 dated 02.09.2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram confirm the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.245/12 in O.S.No.182/2006 dated 11.06.2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:-

Delay of 573 days in representing the revision would stand condoned subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Court, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
