ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SANTHOSHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.V.VENKATASESHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Delay of 498 days in filing would stand condoned on payment of Rs.1,000(Rupees One Thousand Only) to the other side counsel within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
