Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 560 days in representing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 23.1.2015 passed in W.P(MD). No.18123/2014 and thus render justice.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to confer permanent status to the Petitioners from the date of completion of 480 days of their joining in the service of the 3rd Respondent and consequently direct the Respondents to grant the service benefits of promotion, back https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ wages, continuity of service, family pension benefits and all other concomitant service benefits eligible to the petitioners.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 560 days in representing the Writ Appeal.

The delay in re-presentation is condoned on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of SB Account No.6514082295, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, which was opened for the purpose of uprooting Seemai Karuvelam Trees (Prosopis Juiliflora), within a period of two weeks from today.
