The appellants 1 and 2 are children of the first respondent and the third appellant. The third appellant is the wife of the 1st respondent and the second respondent is the mother of the 1st respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties would submit that a compromise memo has been entered into between the parties, which has been annexed in C.M.P.(MD) No.6392 of 2017, by which a permission has been sought for by the third appellant/the natural guardian and mother of minor 1st appellant to enter into compromise and to record the same in the appeal suit.
