DECREE: These Appeals are coming for hearing on Thursday, the Sixth day of April, Two Thousand and Seventeen, upon perusing the grounds of Appeals judgment and decree of the Court below and the material papers of the Appeals and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.R.Swaminathan for Mr.M.Velpradeep, Advocate for appellant in A.S(MD)No.200 of 2014 and for Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, Advocate for Appellant in AS(MD)No.130 of 2016 and of Mrs.N.Krishnaveni, Senior Counsel for Mr.P.Thiagarajan, Advocate for Respondents and having stood over for consideration till this day this Court doth order and decree as follows;
(i)That, the judgement and decree passed by the I Additional District Judge( Court for Protection of Civil Rights), Thanjavur, dated 05.11.2004 made in O.S.No. 4 of 2012 be and hereby are confirmed and the Appeal Suits are dismissed and
(ii)That, the appellant do pay a sum of Rs.153/-(143 +10) Rupees one hundred and fifty three only) to the respondent towards cost incurred by him in these appeals.
