This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
As directed, the defendant had closed the accounts of the plaintiff and had also forwarded the title deeds to the South India Bank, Triplicane Branch. Consequently, nothing more survives in this application and this application is closed.
2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff however has stated that pursuant to the closure of the account, there is an obligation on the respondent/defendant to issue a no due certificate and also to lift the plaintiff from the category of Non Performing Asset. These aspects which the respondent/defendant may, if they had realised their dues consider favourably.
