This application has been filed seeking a clarification to the effect that the names i.e., M/s.CIEL HR Services Pvt. Ltd., Ms.Hemalatha Rajan and M/s.Randstad UK Holding Ltd. are included as parties the
reference to Arbitration between the applicant and the respondent.
- Heard the learned counsel.
3.The aforesaid three parties i.e., M/s.CIEL HR Services Pvt. Ltd., Ms.Hemalatha Rajan and M/s.Randstad UK Holding Ltd. were parties in C.S.No.83 of 2016 along with the parties to the Original Petition. C.S.No.83 of 2016 was decreed on 21.11.2016 in terms of a joint memo of compromise by all the parties; O.P.No.106 of 2016 was disposed off by this Court on 25.11.2016 referring the matter to arbitration in
terms of the joint memo of compromise entered into by the parties.
