“The powers of the Tribunal are restricted only to the dispute specifically referred in Section 83 (1) of the Act to be adjudicated. Under Section 83 (1) of the Act, the Tribunal is empowered to determine the dispute, question or other matters relating to Wakf of Wakf property and not in respect of an application for permanent injunction.
