ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order dated 05.02.2016 passed by the repsondent and for consequential direction to the respondent to grant permission and protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament schedule to be conduct the Tournament on 28.02.2016 at 06.00 a.m to 9.00 p.m under lights at Sports Ground near Arulachi Indira Nagar, Thirumalapauram, Tirunelveli based on the petitioner's representation to the respondents dated 01.02.2016.
2.On reading of the impugned order, it is seen that the authorities have clearly mentioned the reasons for rejecting the representation of the petitioner giving permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament. This Court cannot sit over such action of the executive authorities. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
